The Fünf Morgen Dahlem Urban Village of STOFANEL Investment AG is being built on the 50.000 m² site framed by Argentinische Allee and Clayallee in Berlin-Dahlem. It combines the benefits of both city and country living – residents live in the heart of Berlin yet surrounded by greenery and by water.
The free standing villas, family houses and apartments will be built around an artificial lake which, with its size of 6,700 square metres, is the centrepiece of the residential area. It is embedded in an elaborated landscape park quoting the nearby regional lake district.
Eller + Eller Architekten are responsible for the realisation of the residential area design.
Each housing type has its individual character expressed through the facade material of brick, natural stone or textured plaster. Large terraces stretch out to the park, or, in case of the villa, lean out over the water. All traffic is limited to the outskirts, allowing the park to be used for private gardens and communal meeting points.
