For the Designmesse DMY a spatial installation was designed for the central hall at Kraftwerk Berlin Mitte. A pattern was conceptually inspired by the supporting structure of the industrial architecture and adapted to fit a segment of the ceiling. The sculptural appearance of the installation changes depending on the standpoint of the beholder. The reinforced concrete support structure is interpreted anew and seems due to its lightness and playfulness to contrast with the heavy concrete structure of the former power plant.
