zanderroth wurde 1999 von Sascha Zander und Christian Roth in Berlin gegründet und entwickelt seit dem Wohnungsbauten in allen Größenordnungen – von der Blockrandschließung über Siedlungen bis hin zu Stadterweiterungen. Bekannt wurde zanderroth durch architektonisch anspruchsvolle und innovative Wohnungsbauprojekte in Berlin. Dabei musste das Büro lernen, dass für ein optimales Ergebnis das Verständnis der gesamten Wertschöpfung einer Immobilie notwendig ist. Deshalb stehen neben dem Lebenswert, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit in allen Maßstäben die Umsetzbarkeit und Finanzierung gleichberechtigt im Fokus der Arbeit von zanderroth.
Aktuell hat das Büro das Leichtbetongebäude Magazinstraße (Berlin) fertiggestellt und arbeitet u.a. am städtebaulichen Entwurf Belsenpark II in Düsseldorf.
zanderroth was founded in 1999 by Sascha Zander and Christian Roth. In the years since, the firm has developed housing at all levels of scale – from perimeter block developments to housing estates, all the way to urban redevelopments and expansions. zanderroth has become renowned especially for its innovative and architecturally sophisticated housing projects in Berlin. In the process, the firm has learned that achieving an optimal result is dependent on understanding the entire value chain of a property. For this reason, in addition to stressing livability, quality, and sustainability at all scales, zanderroth projects lay an equal emphasis on feasibility and financing.
The firm recently completed the lightweight concrete building Magazinstraße in Berlin and is currently working, among other projects, on the urban planning project Belsenpark II in Dusseldorf.
